İzmir University of Economics (IUE) has taken an important step toward digital transformation in academic personnel management by launching the Academic Application System (ABS). Developed by the IUE Directorate of Management Information Systems and accessible at abs.ieu.edu.tr, the web-based platform enables faculty members, as well as research and teaching assistants, to manage their contract renewal and initial appointment applications entirely online from start to finish.

A new software solution has been added to the range of digital solutions developed by the Department of Management Information Systems at İzmir University of Economics. Designed to help students make more efficient and organized use of library study areas, the Library Reservation System allows users to easily view available study spaces and make reservations.

Göztepe Gürsel Aksel Stadium hosted the 2022-2023 graduation ceremonies, providing an unforgettable day for the graduating students. To celebrate this special day, a special passage terminal was created at the stadium for the comfort and convenience of the guests.

İzmir University of Economics has launched a new online registration system to encourage student participation in various interest-based clubs and facilitate this process. Now, students can register online for their desired clubs through this platform called IUE Student Clubs

İzmir University of Economics has launched a new service that allows students and staff to quickly and easily connect their smart devices to the internet on campus: the NetRegister. Thanks to this innovative system, users can complete their internet registration applications online without needing to go to an office.

Izmir University of Economics plans to remedy for qualified workforce demand of business world via its Alumni Information System. IUE graduates, who enter their current education and employment information in the system, and companies registered in the system will meet at the same platform, and companies will be able to find specialized employees they need easily.

Escalating workload is an issue of today’s economic environment, causes more and more stress to employees, the kind of work that is redundant, that feels like a waste of time and is not a priority to the business, things that have a negative impact on an employee’s effectiveness. Izmir University of Economics tried to address this issue for their dormitory employees.

Academic Personnel Information System website (https://people.ieu.edu.tr/en) is in service with its renewed and mobile-friendly design.

Surveys, prepared by IUE Academic Evaluation and Quality Development Council in order to increase the quality of services offered to students, are now in service.
